The apex body of organized real estate developers representing about 5000 developers through 20 member associations across the country is known as Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India or CREDAI. This autonomous organization takes charge of promoting changes and reforms, creating and maintaining guidelines related to integrity and transparency among developers and representing issues and proactive policies to the government and other concerned authorities. By encouraging research in construction techniques and property development CREDAI encourages scientific developments to the industry. Its aim is to bring about growth and development in the industry and also to ensure secure investment opportunities for the investor. The objectives of CREDAI are to present proactive policies, promote stability and growth, uphold ethical business values, create and enforce guidelines among developers and provide an attractive investment environment.
The developers and builders of flats in Kochi, who have earned a reputation among buyers and investors, are included in CREDAI Kochi. CREDAI Kochi promotes real estate development in Kochi. They aim to elevate the standards of the realty sector of the state and they constantly strive to implement the best practices prevalent in the industry nationwide. It includes innovative ideas, latest trends and standards in construction activities. They also strive hard to maintain integrity and transparency in the realty sector. CREDAI Kochi has the right to voice and represent issues and proactive policies in front of the government and other concerned authorities. For affordable housing and to provide good returns on investment in real estate they redress issues pertaining to taxation and stamp duty and promulgate prudent strategies.
